Sony India will soon provide PlayStation Plus (PS PLUS) membership card in India. Sony’s service is for PS Plus PS3, PS4, and PS Vita, which allows access to online multiplayer, cloud save, and games online for a fee. There are two sects in the prepaid card, Rs. 1,869 rupees for three months and Rs. 4,439 for one year If purchased through a PS store digitally, then it is inline with the value of the PS Plus subscription.
Expect these cards available on your local game store and sites like Amazon, Games the Shop and Flipkart.
Apart from the one year card, official availability in stores as a standalone purchase is a welcome development. More so when you believe that the PS Store does not work with some Indian debit and credit card. Due to taxation concerns in the past, Sony was away from prepaid card options.
At the moment we do not have a release date for PS Plus or PSN top up card. Clearly still working, we are trying to get out of the taxation issue,
Robert Fisser said “So once something changes in that, where the method of delivery can change, then hopefully we can bring that announcement in and we can do that.”
